FRC® is a joint-focused mobility and movement training system designed to improve flexibility, strength, joint health, and neuromuscular control through scientifically based mobility methods. Kinstretch® applies these principles in a movement-based training format that helps individuals develop greater body control, usable range of motion, injury resilience, and long-term movement capacity.”
In 2025, Jason founded Kinetic Fitness, a private, limited-membership boutique gym designed to integrate his expertise in biomechanics, movement, and performance. The facility provides adults in Scottsdale with a focused, private environment to train safely, move better, and pursue long-term fitness goals.
In 2026, Jason became certified through Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), a globally recognized authority in golf performance. This advanced training equips him to analyze the body–swing connection, identify physical limitations affecting performance, and implement targeted strategies to enhance swing mechanics, power, and injury resilience.
